2026 Registration for Basic Training

Basic Training provides the foundational training every LST Worker needs! It will equip you to use the LST approach in the following contexts:

• Online (LST Connect)
• Mission trip (LST International Projects)
• Local neighborhood outreach (LST FriendSpeak) 

This workshop covers the critical aspects of the LST philosophy and methodolgy you need in order to confidently and joyfully utilize the LST approach in sharing your faith and your life with an international friend.

COST:

• LST Connect Workers – Please be sure to first register as an LST Connect Worker (CLICK HERE).  Your fee to join Connect covers the cost of this Basic Training.
• FriendSpeak Workers
  • If your church/organization is paying an annual training fee, the cost of Basic Training is covered already.
  • If your church/organization is not paying an annual training fee, please first register as a FriendSpeak Worker (CLICK HERE).  Your fee on that form will cover the cost of training.
• LST Project Workers - The cost of Basic Training is covered by your project fundraising.

TIMING
LST offers Basic Training at least twice a month. It is normally held in the evening though we frequently offer mid-day options. The training lasts 2.5 hours.
