Hey there, everybody! OK--if you know me on any level, you know that I love the Lord Jesus Christ and I'm not afraid of helping people understand Him and love His saving message! So I've prayed and decided to become part of the Let’s Start Talking project in Zagreb, Croatia this September: I want to share the good news of Christ Jesus and myself with people who might not know Him. In case you don't know, Let’s Start Talking has been recruiting, training, and sending workers--just average, God-loving folks like you and me--around the world for over 40 years.  Each year, thousands of people who want to improve their knowledge of the English language register to read stories from Luke, which often leads to life-changing conversations with an LST Worker. This year, I get to be one of those Workers in Eastern Europe! Please help me by giving whatever you can from your heart. I thank you deeply for your consideration, and may our Lord God bless you and yours always!
Let's Start Talking equips Christians to create life-changing conversations across the street and around the world. Taking advantage of the global desire for English as well as the innate desire we all share for connection and community, LST Workers offer English-conversation practice in a comfortable, non-confrontational setting. Scripture forms the basis of each conversation, and friendships surface naturally.
To participate in a mission project this year I have committed to raise funds for LST. This money is used to fund the recruiting, development, and support of all LST team members, as well as travel and project costs. Please give generously today and be a part of my team! And please pray for me and for my teammates that everything we do will bring glory to God.
