LST is pleased to provide specialized online training for experienced LST Workers throughout the year!  The goal of these workshops is to help experienced Workers develop their conversation sessions through committment to core principles and participation in other LST Programs. 

These sessions are for LST-trained Workers with some LST experience:

• Workers who have been through the core LST Training (Basic Training, a FriendSpeak Training Seminar, or training for an LST mission project).
• Workers who have experience working with an LST Reader.
• Workers who feel comfortable utilizing the LST approach.

For Workers trained by LST, these advanced training sessions are offered for no additional fee.

Each 45-minute Advanced Training session includes:

• Interaction with other Workers
• Plenty of time for Q and A
• Specific content designed to help improve your conversation session right away.

Descriptions of the sessions:

1. Overview of the LST Workbooks - This workshop provides an in-depth look at all 12 workbooks available to you and your Reader(s). Offered 3 times in 2026.
2. Beyond the Basics - This workshop re-visits and builds upon the basic principles and skills all experienced Workers utilize for excellent conversation sessions. Offered twice in 2026. 
3. LST Reading Session Role Play. This workshop provides an opportunity to role-play with other experienced LST Workers. Offered two times in 2026.
4. How to get FriendSpeak started at your church. This workshop explains how to get FriendSpeak started at your church/ministry. Offered three times in 2026.
5. LST Stories. This workshop seeks to deepen our commitment and joy by sharing stories of lives changed through LST as told by LST Workers and leaders. Offered twice in 2026.

Monthly Exploring LST session - In addition to the above sessions for experienced Workers, LST is hosting a monthly "Exploring LST" session for all Workers (new and experienced) wanting to learn additional ways of being involved in LST. Join us by registering HERE.
